For the initial submission, there is no need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress.
Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.

Otherwise, the length is up to 6 pages.
IMPORTANT: Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions on Consumer Electronics. If your paper is selected by the committee and you accept the invitation, you will receive further instruction on how to submit your Transaction Paper (full-length) to IEEE.
